For over 43 years we have delighted guests from all over the world with our unique and hand-crafted cuisine of Adirondack 100 Mile local foods with a holiday Old World flair. Each evening you will be able to choose from 8-12 main entrée fare that includes a hand-crafted soup, Winterfest salad, family style vegetables and a special Chef Cathy Hohmeyer surprise accoutrements to your dinner experience in our 1886 hand-hued dining room. Choose from unique vegetarian entrees to on-the-Lodge smoker Adirondack game dishes to Old World delights with Adirondack flair such as Grass-fed Beef Stroganoff and an original make-your-own Schnitzel bar! Begin in the Fireside Rathskeller with the Adirondacks only hand-crafted Wine & Beer Keller with over 250 specialty beers and over 350 boutique wines and sample special holiday appetizer samplers ala carte such as Omi’s Potato Pierogies, Smoked Adirondack game and Vegetable strudels.
